5. 结合绘本学习更多动物的相关知识;

6. 谈论自己喜欢与动物交友的原因,感悟人与动物和谐相处的关系。

Step 1: Free talk

T: Good morning, everyone. Are you ready for class?

S:My animal friend is ...

Step 2: Animal friends in our home

1. Review the story time

2. Conclusion: We can talk about our animal friends from colors, body parts and abilities

3. In the story time, we have the animal friends in our home. Where else can we find our animal friends?

Ss: in the zoo, in the forest, on the farm...

Step 3: Animal friends on the farm

1. T: Look at these animals on the farmWhat animals can you see?

Ss: I can see...

T: Now, can you make some riddles about these animals from colors, body parts and abilities

Ss:..

2. T: What else can they do?

   (教读pull heavy things, lay eggs, give us milk, watch the farm, catch the mice)

Step 3: Animal friends in the wild

1. T: Look at the animals in the wild. What animals are they?

Ss: M, Tiger,Giraffe, Elephant, Tortoise(教读)

2. The differences between the tortoise and the Turtle

3. T:The tortoise and his friends are in the wild.(揭题The Tortoise and his friends)

4. Look and guess

Ss: Cross the river

5. Read and find

T: Can Elephant cross the river?

T: Why? Because he has long legs.
